Our Work
Alongside the congress, the association works throughout the year with the public, with schools and with institutions. Here is what it does, and how to take part.
The scientific programme is in the Congress section, and the art competition in Premio DONARTE.
Awareness
Making donation and transplantation understood: campaigns, work alongside hospitals and transplant centres, and pressure on public bodies to do their part. This is what the statute calls information and training, and support and advocacy.
Sport
Sporting events open to transplant recipients, to students and to citizens. For the association these count as much as the scientific conferences and serve the same end.
Schools and universities
Meetings with students, from local schools to the university, and the role of students and residents as ambassadors of organ donation.
Art
Exhibitions, concerts, performances and prizes. The association's own name holds donation and art together, and the statute puts them on the same footing.
