Premio DONARTE 2026

Donation is an act of love towards someone who needs our help and whom we do not know. It knows no limits of social standing, of where a person lives, of their ideas, their religious belief or the colour of their skin. It is an act that unites us and makes us more truly brothers and sisters.

The award sets out to tell stories inspired by organ donation and transplantation, through images, verse or any other form.

  • Section A: Painting or sculpture

    Painting

    A painting, including drawing and engraving, made using any technique.

    Sculpture

    Delivered in person

    A sculpture made from any material and using any technique.

    A photograph, in colour or in black and white.

  • C

    Poetry for adults

    Sent by email

    A poem, limerick, haiku or similar, published or unpublished, of the entrant's choosing.

Works are delivered in person in the weeks before the congress, on a date and at a place still to be announced. Delivery outside those days must be arranged with the organizing secretariat.

For every section, the entry and waiver form must be completed and signed.

The jury

  • Jury for sections A and BA1A2B
  • Jury for sections C, D and ECDE

Works are examined by two separate technical juries. Their members are named only at the awards ceremony, and the jury's verdict is final.

The prizes

  • First place in each section

    The winner of each of the five sections is presented with their award during the Gran Galà.

  • Certificate of participation

    A certificate is given to every entrant when they collect their work.

A public awareness evening on organ donation and transplantation, with artistic performances and the awards ceremony. Free entry.

Conditions of entry

Publication and reproduction
Entering the award grants permission to publish and use the author's personal details in communications about the award. Authors also authorise the secretariat to publish and reproduce their works, waiving any economic claim on profits arising from this.
Liability for works
The award secretariat accepts no liability for damage to works submitted.
Collecting your work
In the days after the ceremony, entrants must collect their works, by prior arrangement with the organizing secretariat.
